Le théâtre à toé

An initiation into theatre aimed at people who might be interested in pursuing the field. Following a general introduction to theatre, defined as a meeting of the actor and the spectator, this video describes a theatrical approach based on improvisation and gestural expression such as in the Commedia dell’Arte or Grotowski’s approach. Masks, mock-ups and illustrations fill in the expostion of various theatrical methods. The final scenes show an amateur production.
