L'Itinéraire du texte / Improvisation sur le texte

An bizarre and audacious pedagogical exercise reuniting 10 000 students from elementary and secondary schools from the Beauce and Lévis regions to write the longest text in the world. It was also a "Land Art" textual performance by Jean-Yves Fréchette, where the artist unrolled a 4 inch-wide, yellow, text-printed bio-degradable ribbon over 160 km between Jackman, Maine and Lévis, QC, along Kennedy highway (173 north). And finally, a "subjective documentary" outlining this project's logistic, poetic and performative aspects.
