The Prayer

Leonie, a young mother, lives with a violent and jealous husband, David. Despite her faith that things can still get better, despite her prayers, the situation escalates day after day. One night, David is particularly violent and Leonie has a brush with death. She decides to put her plan in action; she gets her daughters out of the house and signs her seperation papers.
Will that gesture put her daughters' lives in danger?
