Manufactured Romance : Parts 1 & 2
Anne Ramsden's Manufactured Romance is a three-part series. The videos are respectively titled Chance for Love; Beauty, Passions and Power; and Emotional Ground. This work looks at the media from a feminist point of view and progresses towards an examination of the formation of the individual. The work constructs a fiction, revealing at the same time its fictional construction through elements woven into the visual and textual narration.
